New Year's Day 2011

Happy New Year Everyone!

The Universe is really being sweet, we have just one aspect today--and it's a good one, so that's three five-star days in a row!!!  I hope you enjoyed a fun New Year's Eve and are able to take some time today to put your new hopes and dreams in some sort of order today.  You are the Captain of your ship and no better time to get control of the helm than today.

Toward that end I will be doing quick oracle card readings and some metaphysical musing in my twitter stream between 11:30 AM PST and noon today.  Search #lagirl13 on twitter and we can all jump in and share our hopes and dreams for the coming year.  Now for the Celestial weather...

1 January 2011 offers a sextile between the Moon and Saturn very late in the day at 11:21 PM PST.  If you're up late and want to begin clearing away Christmas decorations, you'll be able to dispatch this project easily.  I'd start earlier in the evening, so by the time this aspect culminates cleanup is a done deal.      That's the Universe offering you great timing!

Don't forget to join me at 11:30 AM PST on twitter, I am looking forward to seeing you there!

Many Blessings!
Dee

31 December 2010

Greetings Friends 2010

Welcome to New Year's Eve!  If you're planning to have or attend a party, you've got great aspects and the Moon is switching to party loving Sagittarius to boot.  This is going to be a humdinger of a holiday, so I'm giving the day five stars despite a hiccup from Neptune.  Time to take a look at the last day of 2010!

31 December 2010 begins with a conjunction between the Moon and Venus at 5:11 AM, so insomniacs take note--you can start your beauty regimens now (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Love and money issues are flowing along nicely and that's a great way to start the day.  The Moon trines Jupiter at 11:11 AM and all manner of good luck and better fortune could be headed your way if your eyes are open for opportunities.  The Moon squares Neptune at 11:33 AM, so not everything that glitters is golden; pass on suspicious opportunities!  Next up to bat, the Moon trines Uranus at 11:57 AM, bringing surprises and possible upsets so you still want to pay attention to what's going on around you.

The Moon enters Sagittarius at 5:22 PM, just in time to get the party started.  Have fun, be safe and I hope to see you on Twitter tomorrow between 11:30 AM and noon PST for free oracle readings and metaphysical chat.

Happy New Year my friends and...

Many Blessings,
Dee

30 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Are you starting to look back at your accomplishments for 2010?  Do you feel a little bit nostalgic?  I know I do.  It was a pretty good year--and it feels good to be able to say that.  Now would be a good time to look at your accomplishments for the year, the good and the not so good.  It's also a time to begin looking at what you'd like to accomplish in the year to come.  The first six months of the new year are the time to get the ball rolling on your next set of intentions, since much like a farmer you're planting seeds for a Fall harvest.  What would you like to see accomplished by this time next year?  A Scorpio Moon gives you the ability to look at where you are and see the truth of the situation, unflinchingly.  Take a little time in the next 24 hours to map out your priorities before you ring in 2011.

We've got a great day on tap for 30 December and I'm calling it a five star day.  This makes it even better for setting your battle plans for the year.  Ironically, this is also Tiger Wood's birthday and it was about this time last year that Pluto caught him up and put him into a tail spin.  As long as you're breathing, you can turn things around, so maybe he'll also take advantage of the current energies to create a better future for himself.  Alright, let's get started!

30 December 2010 begins with a sextile between the Moon and the Sun at 3:50 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  You've got a green light between your logic and your intuition which gives you ability to take right action in whatever areas of life experience concern you now.  The next aspect won't be up to bat till 7:39 PM when the Moon forms a sextile with Mars.  If you need to take down that tree and put all your Christmas goodies away, you'll have a hefty amount of energy for the job at hand.  Not ready to take the tree down yet?  Well, hit the gym and work off some of the steam Mars is creating right now!

And that's going to do it for today.  Light a little vanilla or patchouli incense and get to work on your list of intentions for 2011.  The new year is knocking on the door and before we know it, the holidays of 2010 will be a distant memory!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

29 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

As 2010 sinks slowly into the setting Sun we have a waning Moon in Libra.  Attention to our partners and partnerships has been the focus in the last couple of days, but that's about to shift.  In addition Mercury is about to begin direct motion.  Lest you think that means everything returns to normal, just remember it will be 19 January 2011 before Mercury regains the ground lost during the retrograde.  This back half of the retrograde is sometimes referred to as the retrograde shadow and can be even more challenging than the retrograde itself.  So, try to avoid signing any agreements--especially as they relate to career till the 19th of January, if you can hold out that long.

Wednesday's Celestial weather is a bit challenging, what with intense Scorpio up to bat along with Mars and Saturn mixing it up during a void of course period.  I'm going to call it a three star day, just to keep us all on our toes.  Do your self care rituals, meditate, use some aromatherapy (lavender is good for stress relief) and make it a good day!

29 December 2010 begins with a trine between the Moon and Neptune at 7:05 AM, and insightful dreams are likely (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Slip a piece of aquamarine or moonstone under your pillow tonight and have pen and paper at the ready to record your dreams!  The Moon is void of course after that last aspect and you will want to avoid starting new projects until the Moon switches signs to Scorpio.

Mars squares Saturn at 7:28 AM and this is a big caution sign, drive carefully and keep an eye out for trouble.  Stay away from seedy areas and difficult people if at all possible.  The Moon enters Scorpio at 12:50 PM and our focus shifts to the more intense aspects of life: sex, death, transformation, other people's money, and metaphysics to name just a few possibilities.  You'll have more fire power for your metaphysical studies when the Moon forms a sextile with Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, at 9:56 PM.

Last, but not least, Mercury begins direct motion at 11:21 PM.  Communication, written materials, cell phones, computer, internet and transportation issues will be in the spotlight for the next few days as Mercury slowly picks ups speed on its way back to the sign of Capricorn.

Thankfully, the next couple of days the Universe is a bit kinder to humanity and we will see 2010 sail away under easier aspects.  Despite these easier aspects, I will need to change our twitter date to New Years day 11:30 AM to noon PST for free Medicine Card readings.  If you haven't yet joined me on twitter, please do so (see the contact info tab above), I'd love to 'meet' you in cyberspace for some metaphysical chat.  My hashtag will be #lagirl13, but if you need a more personal read, just click on my contact information tab above to schedule an appointment.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

28 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

I hope you have a bit of time off this week as we head into the New Year celebrations.  The Moon in Libra is a great time to spruce up your look, have some spa treatments, etc.  If you're thinking you can't afford to go to the spa, you can pick up some wonderful aromatherapy products at Whole Foods or stop at a bookstore and check out the book Aveda Rituals by Horst Rechelbacher (the founder of Aveda) for some great self-care tips.

The Celestial weather for Tuesday is a bit mixed, but I am going to give us four stars.  Remember we're working with Dolphin medicine this week and do some yogic breathing before you leave home.   Just add your self-care rituals and you'll be good to go.  So now let's take a look at Tuesday's aspects!

28 December 2010 makes it halfway into the day before the Moon squares Mars at 12:42 PM (Note: all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Count to ten, take a 10 minute walk or anything else you can think of doing to avoid flying off the handle!  The Moon conjoins Saturn at 1:40 PM and this probably means you're going to have some serious tasks to complete, but you'll have the discipline to 'make it so' as Captain Picard of the Enterprise is fond of saying.  You'll have a golden tongue at 7:11 PM when the Moon forms a sextile with Mercury, so put pen to paper or save presentations for this time period in the day--if possible.

Make a mental note that Venus is developing a trine with Uranus now till 4 January 2011. There can be sudden delicious developments in the love department in the next couple of weeks--and perhaps in the wealth department too!  Stay tuned--especially if you're born late in Pisces, Cancer or Scorpio.

Unfortunately, Venus is also preparing to square Neptune between now and 4 January 2011, which means don't take your sudden windfall in love or money at face value.  There may be some hinkey catch to deal with.  A closer inspection can save you heartache in the long run!

And that's our Tuesday Celestial weather.  If you haven't yet joined me on twitter, please do as I am planning to do some free oracle readings on New Year's Eve between 11:30 and noon PST.  You won't want to miss it!  Check out my contact information tab for more information!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!
Dee

27 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Well, it looks like the Universe is no longer giving humanity a holiday time out.  The Moon will be moving from Virgo to airy Libra and along with that change the Universe is dishing out a heaping, helping of challenging aspects--let's call it a one star day folks.  You have to remember that this isn't a call to run and hide--this is just like hearing there are big storms coming to an area near you.  Instead of wellies and an umbrella, meditate, use aromatherapy (and deep breathing), practice yoga and listen to tranquil music to keep centered and focused.  And with those admonitions in place, let us begin!

Monday 27 December 2010 begins with the Moon opposing Jupiter in Pisces at 2:49 AM--so no early morning cyber shopping, lol (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Seriously, this is a time to be conservative in your spending and expectations, so step away from the apres Christmas bargains for now.  The Moon opposes Uranus and then becomes void of course at 4:20 AM, so there can be sudden challenges or surprises of the not so pleasant kind.  Since the Moon is void of course, stick to mundane chores and finish up odd projects till the Moon enters beauty and relationship oriented Libra at 9:38 AM.  The Moon squares Pluto at 6:24 PM, and you may find your boss or another authority figure is rubbing you the wrong way.  Now might be a good time to sneak in a little more yogic breathing!

The Moon squares the Sun at 8:18 PM and the only cure for what ails you at the moment is patience.  Can you say it's time for more yogic breathing?  I thought you could...

Note that Venus is developing a trine to Jupiter now till 7 January 2011.  The peak for this trine occurs 4 January to 7 January 2011 and who knows what manner of white, hot sexy secrets may be on their way to you.  Put some intentions into the mix so that whatever shows up is in alignment with your own dreams and desires!  Want to discuss this in a more personal way?  Click my contact information tab at the top of the blog to schedule your tarot or astrology reading for additional insights.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

26 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Christmas 2010 is now a memory and a New Year is bearing down on us full boar.  The Moon, presently transiting the sign of Virgo, offers mankind an opportunity to clean up after our celebrations internally and externally.  Think in terms of removing clutter from your home and getting your health and exercise regimens in order for 2011.  Since the Celestial weather is really pretty good, I am giving the day four stars--a day to cleanse, restore and rest.  So without further adieu, let's get down to business!

Sunday 26 December 2010 begins with an energy stirring trine between the Moon and Mars at 7:04 AM (Note: all times indicated in this blog are PST).  If you have chores to do that require a lot of physical energy or movement, begin them early enough that you can take advantage of this energy boost.  The Moon sextile Venus at 2:49 PM gives smooth sailing to your love and monetary concerns.  And you may also be able to snap up great post-Christmas sales at the stores--if you're willing to brave the crowds!  The Sun conjoins Pluto at  5:04 PM, a powerful aspect for self transformation, though it may come on the heels of great challenge.  If you're engaged in marathon training, physical therapy, or psychological therapeutic work, this aspect can take you to new levels of success.  It is also possible for business minded individuals to sky rocket their businesses under the aegis of this energy.

The mood becomes a bit more challenging when the Moon squares Mercury at 5:36 PM.  The possibility for emotional upsets over miscommunications or misunderstandings is prominent here (especially since Mercury is still retrograde).  Try to overlook the behavior of those around you if they are being difficult since this energy passes quickly.

Speaking of Mercury and communications, the retrograde ruler of Virgo and Gemini is working toward a near sextile to Saturn, but won't quite make it due to its retrograde motion.  Communication and writing projects developed now till 29 December will benefit from the organizing energy of Saturn--so take advantage.

The Medicine card I've chosen for us to meditate on this week is the Dolphin.  Dolphin medicine is a reminder of our connection to spirit via the breath--the carrier of spirit, also known as chi, ki or prana energies.  Native American lore says that the Dolphin learned to use the breath as a means of reconnecting with spirit and the dream time.  There Dolphin was able to interact with the people of the dream time and carry information about how we humans were progressing in our physical experience.  You too can use your breath to better connect with your own intuitive knowing, thus gaining access to valuable insights for self and others.  Make time for meditation this week and see what insights spirit has in store for you!

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

25 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Merry Christmas everyone!  We are a week away from a New Year and new beginnings.  For the time being though, let's enjoy some time happy times with friends and family.  We can rest up and rejuvenate ourselves during the next week for the forward push in the year to come.  Now, let's check out the Celestial lineup for Santa...

25 December 2010 the Moon opposes Neptune at 1:27 AM (Note: all times indicated in this blog are PST).  A lack of clarity so early in the day is understandable, what with red suited men climbing down chimneys--not to mention reindeer flying through the early morning skies.  We come down to earth gently when the Moon moves into Virgo at 7:15 AM.  Use this energy to get your chores done with panache--not to become picayune or overly obsessed with the details of the day.  Leave room for a little imperfection and a lot of fun.  The Moon trines the Sun at 1:55 PM and your intuition will provide all the insight for you to take appropriate action while preparing for today's festivities.  The Moon trines Pluto at  3:47 PM and this is an intense aspect for such a light hearted day.  If there have been family or personal traumas, use this aspect to intend to transcend them once and for all.  Let there be only love, healing, fun and good times.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

24 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

I am sitting in Borders bookstore
enjoying some fun with my son this holiday season. It occurred to me how lucky we are to live in this age where we can span time and distance thanks to tech innovations. We can make friends in far flung places and blog anytime, anywhere. Some of my uplifted emotion no doubt stems from the Moon's current placement in sunny Leo. That placement contributes to our four star day, let's see what else Christmas Eve has on tap.

24 December 2010 begins with a no nonsense sextile between the Moon and Saturn at 8:18 AM (Note: all times indicated in this blog are PST). Hit the ground running early and get your To-Do list done effortlessly.

You may have a desire to splurge but DON'T due to a square between the Moon and Venus at 9:10 AM. Your love life might feel like it's off track at this time too, but resist the urge to growl at your loved ones--this energy soon passes.

Communications should move along with effortless ease when the Moon and Mercury trine one another at 5:54PM. If you have a cocktail party around this time, conversation will be hot!

Tomorrow the Celestial energy is pretty good, the only challenging aspect arrives early enough that your holiday shouldn't be greatly impacted, so have a great one!

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

23 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

This is going to be a great Celestial weather forecast--five stars.  We are standing on the brink of Christmas and the Universe has given us no exact aspects for the day--yay!  Add to this the fact that the Moon enters party hearty Leo at 4:51 AM PST.  We have pretty good aspects for the next two days, so last minute shopping and holiday parties should go nicely.  Just one small fly in the ointment; the Moon will be in Virgo for Christmas--not the sign I'd pick for celebrating, so you might like to do your celebrations on Christmas eve instead of Christmas day.

What ever you choose, I wish you and yours a blessed Christmas.  Till next time...

Many Blessings!
Dee

Something to Think About

Greetings Friends!

I thought on jump online and share a snippet from Esther Hicks/Abraham that I found funny and thought provoking.  Enjoy!

This is always true: What I think and how I feel, and what manifests, is always a vibrational match. But here's the big kicker: What manifests isn't manifesting instantaneously. So, you've got all this buffer of time leeway that makes you sloppy... If you thought a negative thought and a brick would instantly fall on your head every time, you'd clean up your thinking. But you're not here to be punished about your thinking. You're here to use your thinking—and your focus—to create.

22 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The energy of the Full Moon and the Solstice will be with us for another day or so and you may even have some epiphanies regarding your family or career at this time.  The Moon is transiting its home sign of Cancer so moodiness is also a possibility.  And while home, family, cooking, mother and nurturing remain  in the spotlight for now, you should begin to feel a lessening of the pressure that sometimes accompanies a Cancer Full Moon.  Let's see what else the day holds for us!

Wednesday 22 December 2010 the Moon trines Venus at 3:04 AM, so money and love issues should be looking a bit better now (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  You may find that partners are still cantankerous though as the Moon squares Saturn at 5:19 AM.  Leave them alone, they probably can't hear you now anyway.  The Moon trines Jupiter at 9:10 PM and humanity finally gets a green light from the Universe for the expansive joy this season is traditionally associated with.  The Moon trines Uranus at 11:24 PM so be on the look out for pleasant surprises--also perfectly in keeping with the season.  The Moon is void of course at this point in time, so avoid starting new projects until the Moon changes signs.

We have just one more day before the Holiday contest ends.  Make sure you are subscribed to this blog (we should be able to see your smiling face in the sidebar) and then email me your question.  Who ever submits their question to me first today will receive a free reading via email from me.  The subscription link is also on the side bar of this blog, and you can click the tab at the top of the page for my contact information.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

21 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Today is the third day of my oracle/tarot contest, have you emailed a question to me yet?  I hope so, only two more days left for this contest, and I hope you have subscribed so you too may benefit!

Today's aspects are numerous, much like yesterday, plus the Sun is changing signs and we have a Full Moon.  I'm giving the day just two stars, since the energies are turbulent and you will have to pull tools from your energetic tool belt to get through the day gracefully.

Tuesday 21 December 2010 begins with the Full Moon as the Moon opposes the Sun at 12:12 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  The Moon is void of course after that aspect and you may need melatonin or some other sleep enhancer to assist you in getting to sleep while the energy is high tonight.  The Moon enters Cancer at 1:23 AM and thoughts turn to home, Mom, family and security issues.  The Moon opposes Pluto at 9:59 AM and some authority figure near you may be doing their impression of Scrooge at this time.  Remember to meditate/pray before heading into the office so that the energy of others just bounces off of you.  The Sun enters the sign of Capricorn at 3:38 PM and we'll all need to apply ourselves to our dreams and goals of self-realization for the next month.  Mercury squares Jupiter at 4:59 PM and combined with the energy of the Full Moon there may be a bit of foot-in-mouth disease floating around today.  Pay attention and don't allow yourself to shoot from the hip with others at this time.  Another potentially combustible aspect occurs at 8:05 PM when the Moon opposes Mars.  Remember that a Full Moon, especially one that's powerfully enhanced by a solstice is a time to go within, to pray and meditate for peace.  This will be so for the next couple of days, so keep that in mind when someone near you says something to get your dander up.

With Yule now a done deal, Christmas is closing in fast.  I'd like to take this time to thank all of you who have honored me with your visits to my blog.  It has been an interesting year and I've enjoyed the expansion and fun of moving my little blog to a bigger pond.  If you haven't joined me yet on twitter or Facebook, click my contact information tab above to find out how.  I'd like to do a New Years chat on Facebook/Twitter with my blog pals and talk about whatever is on your minds.  I think it will be fun to interact and hang out in cyberspace, so plan on joining the fun!

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

Winner's Comments

Greetings Friends!

Well, technology is tripping me up, since yesterday's winner's comments were restricted by my blogger settings.  Never the less, here are her comments for you to check out (she emailed them to me).  Have a blessed day :)

Hello Everyone!
I have emailed Dee a simple question without any added information regarding my situation whatsoever. Her reply was amazing! She completely tuned in with what was going on in my life, telling me exactly what my situation was and offering advice on how to improve things as well as what I had to look forward to.
And that was from just a simple question! I am looking forward to Dee's consultations on Skype in the new year and advise everyone to contact Dee with your question. Thank you Dee! Alecs xx

20 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Did you remember to email a question to me yesterday?  We've had a winner alreeady and today you have a new opportunity to get a burning question answered--maybe about your prosperity or a relationship.  So, click the contact information tab above and be the first to ask me a question for the second day of my contest.  And don't forget to find the link to subscribe (look on right side panel of this blog) before you send in your question.  Good luck!

Meanwhile, back at the ranch the Universe has been seriously cooking up aspects for us today.  Seven exact aspects (to be exact) and two developing, and of this batch of aspects, three are challenging.  Can you say it's time to meditate?  Yep, I thought you could!

Monday 20 December 2010 is Full Moon eve and our first aspect is an early morning trine between the Moon and Saturn at 12:40 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Late night owls and early morning workers will have the needed discipline to cross burdensome tasks off their To-Do lists with this energy.  The next aspect doesn't arrive till 3:31 PM and it's a square between Mercury and Uranus.  Double check delivery and appointment times, as something is likely to be off track at this point.  Follow-up will save you unnecessary headaches.  The Moon squares Jupiter at 5:01 PM and once again the Universe is flashing a caution sign with regard to celebrating the holidays with abandon, so put your wallet away for the time being.  The Moon trines Neptune at 7:08 PM making it a great time for movies, music, dance, art or meditation.  Try not to get into arguments with others when the emotional, nearly Full Moon opposes Mercury at 7:19 PM.  Full Moon's are notorious for creating a yen for arguments, but you don't need to fall prey to this energy.  Have a nice warm bath, do some yoga stretches or simply go to bed and put the world on hold for awhile.

The Moon squares Uranus at 7:42 PM and arguments started this evening will have a tendency to escalate into something explosive--so I repeat--don't go there!  Mercury sextile Neptune at 9:03 PM soothes the savage beast with potentially enlightening insights.  Prayer and meditation work done at this time can be positively uplifting!

Meanwhile the Sun is working toward a conjunction with Pluto now till 26 December.  This can be a time that draws great power to you--especially with regard to your career.  It's also a time to beware of hanging out in seedy areas or with people of questionable repute as Pluto's darker side can be more than a tad shady/dangerous.  Be smart and safe during this holiday season.  Mars is developing a square to Saturn now till 29 December which reiterates the concern for physical endangerment in this period.  Slow down while driving, don't drink and drive and stay away from trouble makers!

Phew...hard to believe all this energy is spent in one 24 hour period!  Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice/Full Moon, so the energy is high.  Remember to take extra special good care of yourself for the next few days.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!
Dee

19 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

As promised, I have a gift for my lovely small band of subscribers starting today and running through the 23rd of December.  The first of my subscribers who emails me a question (see my contact information tab for my email information) may ask me one question and I will answer using either the tarot or Medicine cards depending on the type of question asked.  I post my blogs at midnight eastern standard time, so beginning at 12:01 AM 19 December (and the same for the 20th-23rd), email me one question--if you're one of my subscribers!  One question per person during this contest.  So, what are you waiting for--go ask a question!  And Happy Holidays!

Sunday 19 December 2010 has just one aspect and that's an early morning conjunction between the Sun and Mercury at 5:22 AM PST.  Yes, Mercury is retrograde, and yes that does impact your work, but make hay while the Sun shines and give your creative communications work a go.  You've nothing to lose, anything that is a long term project can be revisited in January once we clear this retrograde.

Our Medicine Card for the week is the industrious Beaver, so keep your eyes peeled for opportunities to expand your wealth.  The beaver is known for building his dams with multiple exits, meaning he never gets trapped by having only one exit.  Apparently, there will be opportunities for those with the eyes to see them and the ears to hear them!  Stay sharp and have a great week.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

18 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The Moon in Taurus is preparing to segue into Gemini today and we're fast approaching the Full Moon/Winter Solstice (21 December 2010).  This month's Full Moon is also a lunar eclipse with a lot of aspects--moody and dark folks.  Today's weather is a mixed bag, but I think not too bad, so I'm giving it four stars.  Remember, being prayed-up/meditating to get into a better alignment before beginning a potentially challenging day can help a lot to mitigate less than desirable energies.  And here we go!

Saturday 18 December 2010 begins an early morning sextile between the Sun and Neptune at 2:29 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  If you're not going to be up into the wee hours of the morning, you can take advantage of this by working on your creative projects just before going to bed.  And don't rule out the possibility of some interesting insights coming through your dream state too--have pen and paper by your bed just in case!

Mercury enters Sagittarius (again) at 6:52 AM.  Mercury is retrograde till 29 December, so we will get to do the whole Mercury in Capricorn thing again in January.  Till then, paying attention to people/situations at a distance, your religious or philosophical concerns or legal matters (in addition to career issues) will pay off in January once we clear the retrograde shadow.

The Sun squares Uranus at 10:47 AM.  The Sun is the creative life force for humans and Uranus is the shock jock looking to rebel and incite revolution; don't be surprised if you have a sudden yen to be off the wall in a major way.  With the square energy between these two planets, I really can't recommend it, so reign in your inner rebel for the time being.  The Moon squares Neptune at 12:57 PM so you may really, really feel like you know what's best, but clear thinking is unlikely.  Best to continue to play it cool and normal--even if you're not feeling anywhere near normal at the moment.  Next the Moon forms a sextile to Uranus and then goes void of course at 1:35 PM.  Uranus is the planet of the day and eccentric behavior is likely to be popping up everywhere--just try to make sure it's not you being off the wall.  With the Moon void of course, you'll want to wrap up old projects till 7:38 PM when the Moon enters Gemini.  Avoid starting any type of bold new venture between 1:35 and 7:38 PM if you can help it!

Keith Richards was born on this date in 1943--a rather classic fun loving Sagittarian if there ever was one.  Happy Birthday Mr. Richards!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!
Dee

17 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

If you love Fridays, thank goodness, it's finally here!  Have you finished your holiday shopping?  No?  Don't feel bad, I am nowhere near close.  There are still some yellow flashing lights from the Universe for shopping madness, so today only gets three stars.  Now let's see what the Celestial energies have in store for us.

Friday 17 December 2010 offers a fabulous trine between the Moon and Mars at a craptastic time--12:33 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  If you live east of California and are a lark, hit the hiking trail, gym or weight bench to maximize the benefits of this aspect.  Next up to bat is an opposition between the Moon and Venus at 7:48 AM, so cancel the early morning trek to the mall for shopping.  This is an indicator to hold off on financial splurges for the time being.  The 'Love Boat' might also be a bit off course with this indicator, so find a way to compromise with your partner.

In other news, the Sun conjoins Mercury now till 19 December--writers take note.  Creativity abounds for writers, poets, singers, etc. at this time, so take advantage!  This influence is assisted by a sextile between Mercury and Neptune now till 20 December adding inspiration to your written/spoken/sung communications at this time.  The only fly in the ointment is Mercury square Jupiter now till 21 December--over optimism is likely with this influence.  Lean toward being conservative in your promises and expectations, after all, Mercury is retrograde and the square with Jupiter makes it doubly important to be cautious in your hopes/expectations.

Hopefully you've been paying attention to what people are saying (and not saying)--this is Hawk medicine as I mentioned earlier this week.  You'll receive a heads-up in advance of your actions if you intend it and keep your ears open.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

16 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The work week is winding down with the Moon in Aries becoming void of course early today.  Thursday is rather a mixed energy day and with that I am giving it four stars.  Though there are a couple of bumps in the road, if it is your intention to remain positively focused, I believe this can be a powerful day for you!

Thursday 16 December 2010 starts off with a sextile to Neptune at 3:40 AM before becoming void of course (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  This is going to be a somewhat lengthy void of course period, so tend to small chores and avoid starting new projects till the Moon changes signs.  Key among the activities useful during a void of course Moon is meditation, so try to take advantage of this before heading out into your work day if at all possible.

The Moon enters Taurus at 10:49 AM so it will be time to enjoy music and mother nature, organize your finances and  make plans for handling your financial affairs with greater acumen over the next couple of days.   The Sun squares Jupiter at 1:47 PM which is a strong indicator for reigning in indulgence and spending--something we're more inclined toward when the Moon transits Taurus (Taurus is a luxury loving sign!).   Communications and writing will be effortless when the Moon trines Mercury at 2:51 PM, so students and teachers can take advantage of this energy as they wrap up class work before the winter break.  The Moon trine Pluto at 8:05 gives power of discernment for metaphysical studies, research and psychological treatments.  Stubborn addictions and self-undoing can be transcended with relative ease under such an aspect.

Note that Mercury is developing a square to its higher octave Uranus from now till 20 December.  Since Mercury is retrograde, there may be a reemergence of communication challenges experienced within the last 30 days or so.  Think out what needs to be said and be diplomatic with others in order to lessen the chance of explosive communications.

As always, if you would like to discuss how all this impacts you more personally, please click on the tab above for my contact information to arrange an astrological or tarot consultation.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

15 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

While the Moon continues to transit through Aries, we keep our focus on our personal concerns.  I am giving the day three stars because we don't have many aspects and one of them is a real downer.  So without further adieu, the Celestial Weather!

Wednesday 15 December 2010 begins with the Moon opposing Saturn at 6:43 AM (Note:  all times in this blog are PST).  Oppositions are polarities and that means there is going to be some compromise involving partners early in the day.  You may awaken to an awareness you've got a lot on your plate to deal with, but once you get over this hurdle, the delays and restrictions ease and our next aspect doesn't happen till 11:31 PM when the Moon trines the Sun.  This aspect offers great balance between our masculine and feminine sides--logic and intuition.  Whatever business you need to attend to this evening should go forward without a hitch--so remember that when planning your day.

If you haven't subscribed to my blog yet, please join us.  There will be some surprises for subscribers next week and you won't want to miss out on the fun!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

14 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Well, this is one of those days where you might just wish you could pull the covers up over your head and call it a day.  A one star day folks, so don't say I didn't warn you--here we go!

Tuesday 14 December 2010 begins with the first of three squares when the Moon squares Mercury at 7:58 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Check, check and double check appointment times and dates.  Confer with vendors to make sure holiday deliveries don't go off track.  The second of our astrological challenges arrives at 8:42 AM when the Moon squares Pluto.  This is very likely a challenge with a supervisor or other authority figure--so take it easy on the gas pedal on your way into the office so you don't have an unnecessary run in with law enforcement or some other problem.  Lastly, the Moon squares Mars at 9:31 AM--it's been a tough morning so far no doubt, but wait, there's more!  Your co-workers or clients may act as if they've gotten up on the wrong side of the bed--not fun, but nothing lasts forever.  If you have black tourmaline, onyx or jet jewelry, you might want to wear it to work today.  I'm not joking.

The one bright star of the day?  The Sun is developing a sextile with Neptune now till 18 December, so creative projects involving acting, dance, music or art could be absolutely inspiring at this time.  While the day's aspects are tough, keep in mind it's an excellent time to see if the tools you use to keep calm and centered are working.  Yoga, Reiki, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, acupuncture and massage can support you in moving through challenges with grace.  Bring a vial of lavender oil to the office, have some chamomile tea, wear your crystals for energetic support and make it a great day!

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

13 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

And welcome to another work week!  The month of December and the year 2010 are quickly slipping from us.  We're but a little more than a week away from the Winter's Solstice and shortly after that, Christmas.  Adding to the stresses of the season, the lunar cycle is building toward the Full Moon and perhaps you can feel a slight increase in the pressure as the energy builds.  Today we actually  have a pretty good day ahead of us--it's a First Quarter Moon, so there will be some challenges to solve, but the aspects are pretty interesting.  I'm calling it a four star day and here we go!

Monday 13 December 2010 starts with the Moon squaring the Sun (aka First Quarter Moon) at 5:58 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Put on your thinking cap to solve the challenges that confront you as you begin the day.  By noon the energies are working diligently to prosper you as the Moon conjoins Jupiter at 12:16 PM.  The Moon conjoins Uranus at 4:34 PM before becoming void of course.  Brace yourself for surprises with Uranus in the drivers seat.  Finish up the day with odds and ends until the Moon changes signs later this evening.

Meanwhile, retrograde Mercury conjoins Pluto at 8:15 PM, and now might be a good time to study or review any written materials you've been working on recently.  The Moon conjoins Mars at 8:06 PM and a little yoga or pilates might allow you to safely burn off that extra energy.

The Moon finally enters Aries at 11:15 PM and we will switch our focus to those concerns dearest to us for the next couple of days.  Remember that Mercury retrograde means being a bit foggy in thought so take some extra time to review your schedule and confirm appointments this week to avoid delays and confusion.  Our Medicine Card for the week is the Hawk and he speaks to the need for us to keep our ears open.  If you are paying attention, you will hear information that is useful--maybe even critical to your success this week.  So look sharp and enjoy your week.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

12 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Can you believe we're nearly half way through with the merry month of December?!  I hope your Saturday was restful and easy.  Today's Celestial weather isn't quite as benign, I'm afraid, so you may find you'll have to work a bit harder to stay in an uplifted mental/emotional state today.  We have few aspects and one of them is an ongoing aspect that's a bit challenging--so I give the day just two stars...

Sunday 12 December 2010 gives us a wonderful trine between the Moon and Venus, but it's early in the day at 12:39 AM PST.  Night owls and those in earlier time zones may be able to tweak this energy into a snugglefest with someone they love, but those of us on the west coast are more likely to snooze right through this one.  Meanwhile the Sun is working toward a square with Uranus now till 18 December.  Temper your desires to be wild and crazy or to speak off the cuff.  You'll also want to avoid eccentric characters at this time because Uranus is such a wild card you could wind up in some sort of unexpected altercation.  It also suggests that going wild and spending a bunch of money on the holidays could backfire on you financially, so take care in that regard too.

We're approaching the end of the year and if you're a bit unsure what's next for you, consider having a reading to map out a winning 2011.  Just click on the contact information tab above to arrange your consultation.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,

11 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

And hello weekend!  The waxing Moon is still transiting through airy Aquarius, but only just.  A Pisces Moon is up to bat next (yay), so let's just get right to it--oh and this is a five star day with great aspects!

Saturday 11 December 2010 begins with a conjunction between the Moon and Neptune at 3:09 AM before the Moon goes void of course (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  It's early and a weekend, but still I will remind you that starting projects after a void of course Moon isn't a good idea.  Sleep in if you can, do some meditation, or finish working on old projects until 10:41 AM when the Moon enters Pisces.  Our focus switches to the joy of music, dance, art, movies and Unity Consciousness for the next two days.

The Moon sextile Mars at 4:50 PM suggests you grab your baby and dance the night away.  Moon sextile Pluto at 7:58 PM offers the right mood for a little night music with your sweetie.  If you're single you can use this aspect to make major transformative progress with your metaphysical studies.  Moon sextile Mercury at 10:03 PM is great for writing projects, studying for finals or just having a great gab fest with a good friend.  This is just one of those great, easy going days the Universe gives us from time to time.  Here's hoping your Saturday is filled with fun and peace.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

10 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

TGIF!  We all know that as adults Friday doesn't necessarily mean the end of the work week, but somehow there is this sense that we get to catch our breath and relax just a bit when the weekend comes into view.  Whether you're working this weekend or not, I hope that today brings you some fun, laughter and joy.  Today's Celestial weather earns three stars because we've got great aspects mixed with a couple of caution lights.  Let's take a closer look!

Friday 10 December 2010 begins with one of the day's caution lights as Mercury begins retrograde motion at 4:05 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  I am not the kind of astrologer who calls for gloom and doom during a retrograde period.  Rather, I see it as a time to take note of how far you've come and what you'd like to achieve next.  The sign that Mercury is in gives you a heads up on which area of life experience needs to be reviewed and as I've mentioned in previous blogs, Mercury is in the sign of ambition and career--Capricorn.  Finding a way to earn your daily bread that feeds your soul and brings prosperity needn't be an impossible dream.  It requires mindfulness and a high vibrational life.  You cannot manifest well in a depressed, frustrated or angry place.  Pay attention to the challenges your career is presenting you with and imagine how you'd like things to actually work--pun intended.  This retrograde period, including the retrograde shadow don't end till the start of next year, around 2 January 2011.  That will be the time to make some changes in your career experience.  You may find Money and the Law of Attraction, by Esther Hicks a helpful tool for your journey.

Humanity gets a heaping dose of discipline to assist us on our way when the Moon trines Saturn at 5:29 AM.  You can get a lot done under the organizing energy of this aspect!  Confidence is riding high at 12:02 PM when the Moon sextiles the Sun, just remember to let your intuition guide your actions at this time.  Mercury sextile Venus at 12:49 PM gives you the panache to say it (or write it!) with style.  If you hate giving speeches or writing essays, use this aspect to your advantage to successfully complete your project.

Our last Celestial caution sign appears as the Sun approaches a square to Jupiter now till 16 December.  If you're intending a big splashy holiday celebration, something may appear that squashes your plans.  Better to take a wait and see approach till after the 16th--especially since Mercury is now retrograde.  All sorts of plans may have to be retooled during this holiday season.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

9 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

We're rolling toward the end of this work week and it's not been an easy one.  The Moon is in Aquarius now and while it's a somewhat different energy than Capricorn they share some of the same qualities--and share the same traditional ruler, Saturn.  So, don't be surprised if you find you still need to be diligent and focused as you move through your work day.  I am giving today only one star and I guess I should explain a bit about the 'stars' I give out.  A five star day means the energy is upbeat with a lot of positive aspects.  This helps you get in a high vibrational place almost effortlessly.  A one star day means the aspects are either numerous and challenging or minimal and not especially helpful.  Between one and five stars is a mixed bag of energies that will require effort on your part to get a great result.  So, without further ado--here's Thursday's Celestial weather!

Thursday 9 December 2010 is a one aspect day, with the Moon forming a square to  Venus at 9:31 AM PST.  Your financial and romantic situations may be challenging with this aspect, so handle them with care.  Moon in Aquarius asks that we keep a spotlight on our dreams and goals, but with an eye to how they can help humanity.  Mercury going retrograde tomorrow asks that you find a way to not only prosper in your career, but do so from a place of fulfillment.  So, although it doesn't appear the Universe is doing much today, don't let it fool you.  Finding a way to live a life that is fulfilling, prosperous and meaningful not only for self, but for others (if you are interested in such a thing) requires patient thought and careful action.  May you find inspiration for creating such a life as you move through your day today.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

8 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The waxing Moon transiting through Capricorn probably has your full attention at this point, what with hard work, delays and setbacks being par for the course.  As a friend of mine said to me today, sometimes it's not easy to keep a high vibration--so true!  When the Moon is in Capricorn the energy becomes more dense--and that makes sense, Capricorn is an earth sign.  It takes diligent effort to accomplish your goals and if the aspects aren't so friendly, we humans have to apply ourselves that much more to get a good outcome.  However, there is good news in sight, I am giving Wednesday four stars because the aspects are great--and the Moon finally moves into Aquarius.  Thank goodness!

Wednesday 8 December 2010 begins with the first of three sextiles--Venus sextiles Pluto at 8:18 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  This would ordinarily be an aspect that recommends seeking out the financial favors of a powerful person or institution--say, maybe to request a business loan.  I can't say that that's a great idea this time around what with Mercury going retrograde in a couple of days.  Still, it might be a good idea to check with your local banker to see what incentives they'd like to offer you--or, even better, maybe your boss wants to give you a raise!  The aspects really are quite good and pretty powerful; the only reason I'm not making it a five star day is because the pending Mercury retrograde urges caution--no signing of contracts at this time.

The Moon makes a sextile to Jupiter at 12:22 PM and again there's good luck/fortune available, so keep your eyes peeled.  This is probably a good time to do some holiday shopping--just remember to skip the electronic purchases.  See if you can't find great prices on high end clothing, and personal goods instead, after all, who doesn't love great sale prices?  And under a Capricorn Moon?  Capricorn loves to make a killing at a sale!  (P.S. the tarot card for the sign of Capricorn is the Devil card).

The Moon makes a sextile to shock jock Uranus at 5:07 PM and who knows what kind of surprises the Universe would like to shower humanity with, but I think they will probably be of the positive persuasion.  Since the Moon is void of course after that last aspect, you will probably need to limit yourself to mundane chores or meditation for the remainder of the day.  I would avoid making major purchases or starting new enterprises until after 11:31 PM when the Moon enters Aquarius.  Our focus will then shift toward humanitarian efforts, dreams/wishes of all kinds, friendship and group associations for the next couple of days.

All in all, Wednesday is the day to take a chance on lady luck, wish on a star and expect good fortune, for the wind is at your back.  Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

7 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The work week is under way with the Moon in Capricorn.  It is now humanity's job to be diligent and focused with regard to career aims.  With that in mind, I am giving Tuesday only two stars because the energy is doubly Saturnian due to a tough aspect involving Saturn.  Be prepared to work hard, but don't expect to see a lot of headway, for there will be restrictions and delays.  Mercury going retrograde in Capricorn 10 December underscores the need to take note of what no longer works for you in the career sector of your life experience at this time.

Tuesday 7 December 2010 the Moon conjoins Mercury at 12:41 AM which can be good if you're doing late night studies.  It's not so good if your mind is spinning and keeping you from falling asleep--which is also a possibility with this aspect (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Mars enters Capricorn at 3:48 PM and business owners will be poised to take massive action for career and business success.  This can create challenges for the little guy--for as big business makes fortunes, employees can work hard with little improvement in their personal financial condition.  The Moon squares Saturn at 7:17 PM and this underscores the challenges our careers present us with at this time.  How do you balance your personal needs, the requirements of your career and the needs of your partner/spouse?  You will need to be the judge and insure you don't take on more than you can realistically handle physically, mentally or spiritually.

Just a reminder that a retrograde planet provides an opportunity to take note of how we are doing in a given area of life, it is not the time to start a job or a new business.  Once the retrograde is over you can begin taking action to course correct--and with this particular retrograde being in Capricorn, we're talking about career changes.  Starting this moment till the end of the year, I would keep notes--literally on just what is going on in your career.  Once 2011 begins, it will be time to develop a plan to transform the areas of your career that are a challenge for you.

If you would like personal advice regarding your career, please click the link to my contact information to arrange an appointment.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,

6 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Welcome to the beginning of the work week, for those of us who participate in that activity, that is.  Monday's Celestial weather isn't really that bad--but I am only going to give it three stars due to the fact we are dealing with the energy of Capricorn.  Starting the week with Capricorn energy means we focus on our career and business concerns pretty much all week, since the traditional ruler for Capricorn (Saturn) is also the ruler for Aquarius (the next sign up to bat).  Bring your 'A' game to work with you this week ladies and gentlemen.

Monday 6 December 2010 starts with a square between the Moon and Jupiter at 4:27 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Over doing it in any arena is a no-no, take a conservative stance now till we move into Piscean territory Saturday morning.  Moon sextile Neptune at 8:18 AM offers inspiration and spiritual support.  If you're at work, try to take a few minutes to breathe and connect with All That Is to achieve a peaceful vibration before you dive into your work duties.  This is also a strong supportive energy for those who work in the arts, such as dance or music.

The Moon squares Uranus at 9:13 AM and you may find yourself dealing with a sudden challenge from an unexpected quarter--rogue Uranus is usually good for such antics.  The Moon conjoins Mars at 1:47 PM before going void of course for a bit.  As usual, tie up loose ends and avoid beginning new projects until the Moon enters Capricorn at 3:16 PM.  The Moon sextiles Venus at 9:54 PM, time to relax and spend time with someone you love.  The Moon conjoins Pluto at 11:25 PM which means night owls will be given a power boost for their late night projects.  Research projects in particular and occult studies also benefit from this aspect.

And last, but not least, the Sun forms a sextile to Saturn at 11:59.  If you find yourself having to burn the midnight oil, you'll have the discipline to see it through.  As you can see, it's a very busy start to the work week.   While this will be a serious work week, remember to observe what's going on and take the opportunity to discover what needs to be tweaked for you to achieve your career dreams.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

5 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

We have a Full Moon today, so we are now free to move about the cabin again!  Start making plans for the goals you have this lunar cycle as well as preparing effective action for their achievement.  Sagittarius rules some of the following areas of life experience:  charisma, education, confidence, freedom, travel, government, philosophy, honesty, movement and religion.  Quite a broad spectrum for the most expansive sign of the zodiac.  Now on to the aspects for the day.

Sunday 5 December 2010 begins with the Moon conjoining the Sun at 9:36 AM PST (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST). This New Moon occurs at nearly 14 degrees of Sagittarius and will impact not only Sagittarians, but anyone who has a planet near 14 degrees of Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces.  The Moon sextile Saturn at 12:16 PM makes it easy to take effective action for organizing pet projects.  You will get an added dose of mental power when Mercury conjoins Pluto at 5:22 PM.  Today is really a fantastic day for completing important school and work related projects, so don't let these great aspects pass you by.

In addition, Uranus begins direct motion in Pisces at 5:50 PM.  You may remember last June/July when Uranus and Jupiter made a short foray into Aries.  These two powerful planets will be returning to Aries after the start of the new year.  Aries, Leo and Sagittarius natives will benefit from the gifts of sudden change and expansion that Uranus and Jupiter bring in 2011.

In other news Mars and Pluto are preparing to conjoin between now and 13 December.  Hold on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen, because this energy impacts on both the individual and national levels.  When the god of war meets the god of death in Capricorn, well let's just say prayers and meditation for peace and safety are in order.  Play it safe till after the 13th by avoiding dangerous locations and people.

Our oracle card for this week is the Lizard card from the Medicine Card deck, and considering we are starting a new lunar cycle, I think that it's a great choice.  Take some time to run through your goals and imagine how they might turn out.  This is Dream Time medicine, giving you a chance to decide which options feel the best and seem to offer the best outcomes.  By next week you'll want to begin taking action on those dreams.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

4 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

So how was your week?  Did you sense that the energy around us is a bit on the low side right now?  Well, we are in the last days of this lunar cycle and as I mentioned earlier, we can look forward to a Sagittarian New Moon Sunday morning.  Do you have goals related to legal matters, attending college or foreign travel?  Maybe you're interested in becoming a published author.  These are are some of the areas of interest related to the sign of Sagittarius.  But I'm getting ahead of myself, let's see what Saturday has in store for us before we get carried away with new projects for the next lunar cycle.

Saturday 4 December 2010 begins on a confusing note when the Moon squares Neptune at 3:17 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Since we're in the dark of the Moon, Saturday is best spent in quiet pursuits.  This really applies when Neptune is creating a nebulous energy for humans to work with.  Avoid making decisions at this time if you're up and about.  The Moon trines Uranus and becomes void of course at 4:13 AM.  Uranus is known for bringing sudden bursts of knowing--I call them downloads.  If you get an early start to your day, use this aspect to discover breakthrough solutions to your challenges.

Ordinarily I suggest that you stick to mundane chores when the moon is void of course and wait till the Moon changes signs to begin new projects.  I'm going to change that rule a bit because today it's best to wait till the New Moon on Sunday to launch new endeavors.  The Moon enters Sagittarius at 10:00 AM and we will all feel the shift from the heavy, mysterious energy of Scorpio, to the light hearted high energy of Sagittarius.  If you like to set New Moon intentions, now is a good time to create your list of desires for the coming lunar cycle.  Sagittarius likes to dream big, so don't be shy,  take your imagination to its furthest reaches at this time, because it will soon be time to put wheels under your dreams.

Still haven't joined me on Facebook?  It's not too late, hit the link http://www.facebook.com/dee.morrison1 and join me at 8:00 AM PST for some metaphysical chat and free oracle readings.  If you'd like to discuss your concerns with me one on one, click the link above for my contact information.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

3 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Welcome to Friday!  I hope this has been a great week for you as we head toward the weekend and a chance to rest and recuperate.  We are in the dark of the Moon with a New Moon arriving Sunday.  Now is a great time to begin thinking about what you'd like to purge--inner blocks, bad habits or situations that just don't work any more.  Think of it as being akin to weeding a garden in preparation for the lush, beautiful plants you'd prefer to have.  Friday evening offers pretty good energetic support for breaking away from obstacles to your success, so do a little meditation to set yourself free from challenges.

Friday 3 December 2010 starts out a bit bumpy with Mars squaring Uranus at 6:00 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  This is a rather unpleasant aspect, Mars can be violent and Uranus is known for being explosive as well.  Need I mention that some early morning meditation is useful not only to soothe your inner savage beast, but also to limit the likelihood you'll attract unnecessary drama to yourself.  The Scorpio Moon makes up for the early morning powder keg by trining Jupiter, the planet of good luck and expansion at 11:28 PM.  Light a black or red candle for the Scorpio Moon (white will do in a pinch--and I recommend using a tealight since you want this candle to burn itself out).  Visualize yourself breaking through your obstacles.  Make sure you feel the obstacles crumbling and you'll be energetically on your way to opening a clearer path for yourself when the New Moon in Sagittarius arrives Sunday morning.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

2 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

The Moon continues to transit the sign Libra, but soon our focus will be switching to issues of transformation, sexuality, death and occult studies.  This is what I call a five star day--lots of aspects and they are all positive!  This is the day to work on the situations that have been causing you grief--the wind is at your back, so take advantage!

2 December 2010 begins with a trine between the Moon and Neptune at 12:08 AM before going void of course (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Night owls can experience spiritual upliftment and Unity consciousness via meditation.  Sleepers may have noteworthy dreams, so keep a pen and pad of paper by your bed tonight!  The Moon enters Scorpio at 6:44 AM and the darker themes of life are up for consideration for the next couple of days.  The Moon conjoins Venus at 8:43 AM giving life the sparkle of beauty and love that this time of year is known for.

The Moon sextile Mercury at 9:39 AM adds strength and stability to your communications.  I would take care of my writing and communications tasks between 8:43 and 9:39 to get the best impact from this aspect.  Mars sextile Neptune at 11:38 AM offers elegance and inspiration to dancers and athletes whose sport requires strength and grace.  Gymnastics and ice-skaters are just some of the performance artists who come to mind when I think of this aspect.

If you're looking for the opportune moment to take action, the sextile between the Moon and Pluto at 2:00 PM may be just what the doctor ordered.  This aspect will serve you well if you need to take powerful action or need to be seen in a powerful light.  Note the Sun is developing a sextile to Saturn now till 6 December.  If you have a project that requires self discipline or structure, now would be the time to begin working on it.

Now that the Moon is in Scorpio, remember to see yourself as a unique, sexy person as you head out to face the day.  We can't all be Scorpios, but we can tap into that intrinsic self understanding and power to be our own best selves.

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

1 December 2010

Greetings Friends!

Hard to believe we are wrapping up the year 2010.  The next several weeks will see us enjoying the many fun activities of the holiday season--as well as coping with the many stresses of the season.  Long as we're at it, let's toss in a Mercury retrograde for a bit of excitement.  What?  Not your kind of excitement?  Okay then, for now, let's just stick to what the Wednesday Celestial weather holds in store for us.  As Eminem says, hold your nose, 'cause here comes the cold water!

Wednesday 1 December 2010 begins with the pall of a conjunction between the Moon and Saturn at 4:48 AM (Note:  all times in this blog are PST).  Your closest relationships require tending at this time.  It's a balancing act, that's for sure, what with Saturn in the sign of partnership oriented Libra.  While finding the proper amount of balance between the needs of self and a significant other may be difficult at this time, more intimate needs should be a bit easier to articulate when Mercury forms a sextile with Venus in Scorpio at 8:39 AM.  The Moon forms a sextile to Mars at 11:30 PM and tonight might be the night to take your sweetie out for a romantic dinner at home, ahem.  I know it's the middle of the week, but the energy is definitely supporting a little night music, if you see what I mean.

You say you're single?  Make plans to hit the gym on the way home from work--no point in letting all that Mars vitality go to waste.  Either way, coupled or not, the energy is rather high for the waning portion of this lunar cycle--see if you can find a way to benefit from it.

30 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

The last day of November has a number of aspects, a sign that we will want to keep our wits about us and stay awake to intuitive prompts.  The Celestial weather will be making lots of twists and turns, so let's not waste any time, we're going to jump right in and see what Tuesday has in store for us!

Tuesday 30 November 2010 begins with the Moon squaring Mercury and then going void of course at 3:16 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Challenging news and quarrelsome energies aren't a great way start to the day, just remember to hold off on starting new projects till after the Moon switches signs.  You won't have to wait long since the Moon enters Libra at 4:16 AM, making our close relationships the focus for the next couple of days.  Make sure to get some meditation time in before leaving for work since the Moon squares Pluto at 11:22 AM.  Translation:  your boss may be a handful today, so come prepared to deal with discordant energies.   Mercury, the planet of communication enters Capricorn (the sign of business and ambition) at 4:11 PM.  Ordinarily this would be a time to put your mental focus on raising your status in your career, but with a retrograde coming shortly, I would say start making notes on what needs to be transformed with regard to your career.

As the day draws to a close, the Moon forms a sextile to the Sun at 7:02 PM and it looks like we will finish the day with our self-confidence and self-esteem intact.  When the intuitive understanding of the Moon combines positively with the creative, self-confident energy of the Sun, there can only be positive strides forward for humanity.

If you remember, I chose the Skunk Medicine card for us to meditate on this week (no laughing now), and it seems apropos since Venus is working her way toward a sexy sextile with Pluto now till 8 December.  Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio, so don't forget to work on putting your best foot forward when you're out and about.  You never know who is watching *wink*.

29 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

November is practically a memory at this point, which means we are seriously holiday bound!  The Moon is now transiting service oriented Virgo, so we have an opportunity to clear away clutter now in preparation for the festivities to come.  What else does the Celestial weather have in store for us?  Let's take a look!

Monday 29 November 2010 starts with a square between the Moon and Jupiter at 6:50 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Don't allow your sentimental feelings for the holidays to cause you to go to excess--not with money, food or anything else.  Among other things, Virgo cautions humanity to err on the side of healthy foods and exercise, so take some veggies and fruit for lunch instead of those Thanksgiving cookies (and step away from your credit cards too).  Venus returns to Scorpio at 4:31 PM and now might be a good time for you to put some wheels under the plans you made when Venus was retrograde in Scorpio a few weeks back.  Do you remember what was challenging you in October and early November?  It might have been challenges in a close relationship or it might be problems with your work/business.  What ever the challenge was, hopefully you made some notes so that you can begin transforming said challenges.  Now would be the time to begin removing people, situations or things that aren't working for you anymore.

Meanwhile the Moon opposes Jupiter at 5:40 PM, another sign that conservative action is best for now.  The Moon squares Mars at 6:15 PM and you may find yourself commuting home with some really frustrating people.  This is a great time to practice distracting yourself with enjoyable music or some yogic breathing to avoid getting caught up in the tide of anger or frustration this aspect can produce.  The Moon in opposition to Uranus at 10:40 PM suggests emotional outbursts are still in season as the day slowly comes to a close.  A relaxing bath and some aromatherapy combined with an early bedtime might be the best prescription for the Celestial weather the Universe is dishing up today!

By the way, be on the lookout for opportunities to cash in on a powerful conjunction between Mercury and Pluto between now and 5 December.  Your powers of thought and communication will be at an all time high.  Writers and students take note, as this is an opportunity that usually comes only once a year.  This year will be an exception, since Mercury is about to begin retrograde motion in December.

I have chosen a Medicine Card for us to meditate on for this week--and try not to be put off by it.  Skunk medicine might seem rather odd--but it's actually quite positive.  This is the medicine of the sexy, confident man or woman whose body language says come hither--without apology or embarrassment--think Angelina Jolie.  We're not talking about the standard of beauty defined by Hollywood, we're talking about embracing the the womanly or manly appeal that is yours and yours alone.  The idea is that you allow yourself to be yourself and those who don't like it, or you, aren't your concern.  Society likes whipping us into shape in an image that may or may not suit us as individuals, so this week, work toward finding--and loving, your authentic self!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

28 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

Welcome to Sunday, I hope you are finding ways to relax and take good care of yourself this weekend no matter what else may be on your schedule.  We are heading into the Last Quarter of this lunar cycle and you will want to postpone the start of new projects for the New Moon (5 December), if at all possible.  There is also the issue of purchasing electronics as we approach the holidays under the shadow of a Mercury retrograde.  You might want to give your electronic gifts in January--electronics purchased during a Mercury retrograde usually turn out to have some sort of issue, so buyer beware.  And now to check in on the energies for Sunday!

28 November 2010 begins with the Moon forming a sextile to Venus before it goes void of course at 12:29 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Warm, affectionate energy surrounds us and our loved ones in the wee hours of the morning.  The Moon enters Virgo at 1:34 AM and it will be time to clear clutter, organize ourselves and take a serious look at our health and diet routines for the next couple of days.  We receive a powerful burst of energy as the Moon trines Pluto at 8:37 AM, so you might want to plan on being up early in order to make major progress on important projects.  You may hit a bit of turbulence as the Moon squares the Sun at 12:36 PM; this is the Last Quarter Moon and challenges always pop up at this point in a lunar cycle.  Use your ingenuity and keep your vibrations as high as possible to surmount challenges.

Till next time...

27 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

Welcome to the end of the work week and the beginning of the holiday weekend.  For those of you who are working this weekend, I feel you--for I am working too.  Whether or not that's a good thing or not is a matter of perspective or attitude.  I prefer to see it as a positive choice I am intentionally making for my benefit, how about you?  The Celestial weather is going to effect us where ever we may find ourselves, so now is a good time to see what Saturday has in store!

Saturday 27 November 2010 offers humanity an opportunity to tune into the more mystical side of life as Mercury forms a sextile to Neptune at 5:13 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Musicians, singers, poets and visionaries can easily connect with All That Is for inspiration and guidance.  Get your weekend chores finished this morning with energy to spare when the Moon trines Mars at 12:33 PM.  Beware the temptation to stir up trouble this evening when Mercury squares its higher octave Uranus at 6:27 PM.  A minute later the Moon opposes Neptune at 6:28, so you want to realize that its hard  to see the true facts about any situation right now--definitely an indicator to keep quiet about perceived challenges for the moment.  The Moon trines Mercury at 8:04 PM and the clouds of confusion lift, bring clarity to areas of worry or concern.

Mars is working its way toward a sextile with Neptune now till 2 December.  This is an aspect dancers can use to take their artistry to new heights--literally and figuratively!  Rappers will find this a good energy flow to work with as well.  Speaking of artisitry, this was Jimmy Hendrix's birthdate (1942)--he would have been 68 years old today; RIP Jimmy.

I have been looking at doing a giveaway in December to thank my subscribers--and perhaps some oracle card readings on twitter.  If you haven't yet signed up, now would be a good time.  Remember to use aromatherapy, energy healing, crystals and meditation to lower stress levels so that the end of 2010 is beautiful and peaceful for you!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

25 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

Those of us who live in the United States have enjoyed our annual Turkey Day aka Thanksgiving and now, judging from the plethora of ads on television, etc., it's time to shop till we drop.  Shopping, decorating and enjoying parties with friends and family will keep most of busy till New Years.  So let's kick it off with a look at Black Friday's astral weather.

Friday 25 November 2010 is a great day energetically speaking.  The Moon in Leo offers up a great trine with the Sun at 5:14 AM for early morning shoppers (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  High energy and equally high spirits last till the next aspect, which doesn't happen till 10:35 PM when the Moon forms a sextile to Saturn.  This is a great aspect for projects that require discipline/structure.  Students and teachers preparing for upcoming finals and projects, take heed, this aspect is for you!

Mercury is working on a sextile with Venus now till 1 December, so if you are working on an artistic communications related project, you'll do so with the wind at your back.  Poets, lovers, and those in the business of selling good or services might want to spend a bit more time now polishing up their advertisement campaigns and similar projects.

Though this time of year is usually thought of as a universally happy, the holiday season often brings unique stresses too.  Try patchouli essential oil in a diffuser to help combat overwhelm.  And don't forget to work on your prosperity meditation with the nine of Pentacles.  A little meditation can go a long way toward making the holiday season one of peace, abundance, joy and appreciation.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

Thursday 25 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

And Happy Thanksgiving to you all!  Our holiday begins with a square between Mercury and Jupiter at 6:18 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  What happens when thoughts and communications meet expansion and enthusiasm head-on?  Well, hopefully you won't be awakened by noisy neighbors or some other annoyance, but that would be in alignment with the early morning energies.  The Moon trines Jupiter at 10:50 AM and good family times are going to have great energetic support from the Universe.  The Moon trines maverick Uranus at 4:18 PM, so expect the unexpected where holiday activities are concerned.  Try to wrap up your celebrations soon after this because the energy gets challenging at 7:43 PM when the Moon squares Venus, people may be out of sorts and willful--a real downer if you're hosting a family gathering.    You will really want to have the major part of your partying done because the Moon is void of course after that last aspect.  Leave new projects alone till after 10:02 PM when the Moon enters sunny Leo.

Note that Mars is working on a square with Uranus now till 3 December.  This is not a good energetic mash-up as Mars is aggressive energy and Uranus is explosive and unexpected energy.  Keep calm and do your best to avoid cantankerous people as we approach the 3rd of December.

So, to wrap up, the early morning hours for Thanksgiving can get into some overly expansive communications and the later evening hours (around 7:00) can be challenging for your festivities.  Start early and end early and all should go well.

Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

24 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

It's time to take a look at Wednesday's Celestial Weather and it's looking like a bit of a bumpy ride.  I find it helpful when the cosmic energies turn nasty to slow down, take time to get my energy straight before I leave home and take breaks if I feel overwhelmed.  I hope these tips prove helpful to you!

Wednesday 24 November 2010 begins with some powerful energies rocking humanity--namely the Moon opposing Pluto at 12:23 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  If there are challenges between your work and family responsibilities, now is a good time for you to begin to envision what you'd prefer to see happening in these two imporant life sectors.  Make some notes for yourself and follow up when the energies are more supportive for change/transformation.  For now, be prepared to make concessions where your career/business are concerned.  The Moon squares Saturn at 6:04 PM and partners may be creating restrictions or delays for you to deal with.  If you need an energetic time out to pull yourself together, do so, but just know the challenges still may not be easy to solve at this time.  Patience is probably your best bet for now.

Creative projects get a boost since Mercury is developing a sextile with Neptune now till 27 November.  Holiday craft projects, cooking and decorating could be positively inspired and inspiring!

I'd like to take a moment to extend to my American readers wishes for a most excellent Thanksgiving Day celebration.  May your time with family and friends be joyous!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

23 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

The work week is now underway--how are you doing with our nine of Pentacles meditation?  Can you see and even more importantly feel yourself in a place of abundance?  Have you taken some time to enjoy nature--even if it's just a brisk walk around the block?  Schedule your 'me' time just like any other appointment and be in integrity with yourself by keeping the appointment.  Your subconscious knows when you make yourself a promise, so program your subconscious to empower you in reaching your goals by following through!  Now let's see what Tuesday has on tap for us!

Tuesday 23 November 2010 starts with an opposition between the Moon and Mercury at 12:24 AM; try to keep your thoughts uplifted even if the Celestial tides feel a bit choppy right now (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Moon square Jupiter at 5:39 AM says keep your expectations and actions more toward the conservative side at this time.  The Moon trine Neptune at 10:03 AM offers energetic support for our nine of Pentacles abundance meditation.  Take a break around that time to breathe and feel yourself in a place of well being and abundance.  The Moon square Uranus at 11:23 AM will probably offer you an opportunity to lose your cool due to unpleasant surprises.  Hold on tight--help is coming.  The Moon trines Venus at 1:55 PM and then goes void of course.  Any problems encountered earlier in the day will be sorted out in an effortless and easy fashion thanks to that last aspect.  Especially if you can hold the reins on your vibration--stay positive.  Don't forget to put off starting new projects until after the Moon leaves Gemini.

The Moon enters its home sign of Cancer at 5:15 PM--perfect timing for those getting off work and heading home to nurture self and loved ones.  Note that Venus is approaching a near trine with its higher octave planet Neptune.  The aspect won't become exact since Venus is no longer in retrograde motion, but there's still an opportunity for humanity to experience unconditional love, beauty and a transcendent connection with All That Is now till 26 November.  This is actually helpful since we have a couple of hair trigger aspects to deal with Thanksgiving Day--speaking of which...

Mercury is also developing a connection with Uranus now till 27 November--of the square kind.  There will be a need for you to exercise caution in your speech and written communications.  Curb any tendencies to shoot from the hip with others as this aspect will incline you to want to do.

Last, but not least, I'd like to thank my new subscribers--I appreciate you!  And if you haven't subscribed, please join us!  Just hit the link in the sidebar!

Till next time...

Many Blessings!

22 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

Did you enjoy our Taurus Full Moon Sunday morning?  This was a relatively quiet one for me--thank goodness.  Now, onward and upward--let's see how the Celestial Weather shapes up for the start of the work week.

Monday 22 November 2010 humanity can breathe a collective sigh of relief as the Sun leaves the intensity of Scorpio for the jubilance of Sagittarius at 2:14 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  If you're feeling restless or suddenly develop a yen to travel to distant places, you can blame it on the wanderlust of Sag.  Since Mercury and Mars are also in Sagittarius, there will be a need to rein in any tendencies toward exaggeration or bragging--not to mention foot in mouth disease.  Just take it easy and try to enjoy the upbeat energy Sun in Sagittarius offers without overwhelming others verbally.

Plan on getting a lot done before lunch time with the support of a trine between the Moon and Saturn at 12:03.  This is especially useful for developing a success strategy or structure for pending projects.  The Moon opposes Mars toward the close of the day at 9:21 PM, so consider restful activities such as meditation or yoga to keep you calm and out of verbal hot water.

I chose a tarot card for us to meditate on this week--and it's a great one:  the nine of Pentacles.  This card shows a woman in flowing robes surrounded by a beautiful garden.  Take time to visualize yourself being fully supported by the Universe and manifesting what you need effortlessly.  Some time spent in nature will lower stress levels making you a better vibrational match to your dreams.  Use your intuition this week and keep up with your instincts are telling you!

That's going to do it for today--and if you haven't subscribed to my blog, please clink the link and join me!  Till next time...

Many Blessings!

20 thru 21 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

The Weekend is here, and so is the Full Moon--almost anyway.  It's Full Moon eve, a time to meditate on the concept of peace both for self and for humanity.  Let's see what we have on tap for the weekend.

Saturday 20 November 2010 Mercury conjoins Mars at 10:35 AM and though you may be absolutely aching to give a certain person a piece of your mind, don't do it (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST)!  With a Full Moon in stubborn Taurus, you just cannot push a 'me first' agenda.  Compromise, compromise, compromise--let that be your watch word for the next several days.  Enthusiasm reigns at 10:41 PM when the Moon forms a sextile with Jupiter, but I wouldn't get too carried away.  Mercury is developing a square with Jupiter between now and 25 November, so temper your expectations and your promises.  Mars is also developing a square with Jupiter now till 25 Jupiter, so Thanksgiving could be a feisty one this year.  Be prepared and keep snarky comments under control.

Sunday 21 November 2010 begins with the Moon squaring Neptune at 3:16 AM, an elusive feeling of something being not quite right is likely at this time.  The Moon forms a sextile to Uranus at 4:45 AM and you may receive some startling insights to your woes, so keep a pad of paper and pen by your bedside.  The Full Moon arrives at 9:26 AM when the Moon opposes the Sun at 29 degrees of Taurus.  Taurus energy opposing Scorpio energy--two fixed signs going head to head.  Compromise is the only way to resolve the challenges offered by this dynamic duo.  Note that the Moon is void of course after the last aspect, so avoid starting new projects at this time.  The Moon enters communication oriented Gemini at 10:46 AM.  Let's send Goldie Hawn 'Happy Birthday' wishes; she was born in 1945 on this date.

Wishing you a peaceful, enlightening weekend.  Till next time...

Many Blessings!
Dee

18 thru 19 November 2010

Greetings Friends!

I trust the week is treating all of you well!  We have some super astrological news as Venus and Jupiter are about to cease retrograde motion tomorrow (yay!)--finally!  Themes of love, money, long distance matters and philosophy/religion are going to be in the white hot spotlight over the next few days.  Let's see what else is cooking, shall we?

Thursday 18 November 2010 gets off to a cranky start with the Sun and Neptune squaring one another at 1:53 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  Issues of deception involving creative projects, children or romantic partners could be rumbling under the surface of life, just out of sight.  Jupiter goes direct at 8:54 AM offering humanity a boost of hope and good luck after a long retrograde period.  This theme is reiterated at 1:18 PM when Venus returns to forward motion in the sign of Libra.  The Moon sextile Neptune at 6:14 PM suggests you take the phone off the hook and meditate for awhile to smooth a worried, furrowed brow.  There may still be trouble aboard the Love Boat when the Moon opposes Venus at 9:32 PM.  Although you will probably want to hash out problems, I'd wait awhile before opening a dialogue, since the Moon is void of course after the last aspect.  An ingenious solution to your troubles may occur to you at 9:56 PM when the Sun trines Uranus, but wait until the Moon enters Taurus to get moving on new plans.

Friday 19 November 2010 begins with the Moon entering Taurus at 2:05 AM.  Organize your home and business, cast a discerning eye on money matters and enjoy art, great food or music during the next couple of days.  Moon trine Pluto at 9:31 AM is a powerful aspect you can put to good use for any important project or presentation you've got up your sleeve.  Now is the time to really wow them at work or in your business affairs!

Keep a weather eye out for negative vibes.  Lavender or clary sage essential oils are great for helping relieve stress and tension--or for curing a bout of insominia.  Till next time...

Many Blessings,
Dee

16 November thru 17 November 2010

Greetings Friends,

Welcome to a new week!  The Moon is waxing in Pisces and the vibe is laid back and easy for a change.  The Moon will be switching signs to Aries and Saturn will be helping us with matters of form, structure and discipline as we roll into Wednesday.  Let's see what the early part of this week holds for humanity!

Tuesday 16 November 2010 the Moon conjoins Jupiter at 1:55 AM; you can expect feelings of joy and happiness to abound in the early morning hours of the day (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).  The Moon trines Saturn at 2:52 AM lending humanity the discipline we need to get our tasks done with ease.  The Moon represents subconscious motivations, feelings, home and family, while Uranus represents shocks, surprises and sudden, revolutionary change.  Since the Moon is in Pisces which rules matters that are hidden or secret, there may be some revelations of a surprising/shocking nature when the Moon conjoins Uranus at 8:36 AM.  The Moon is void of course after this aspect, so finish up old projects and avoid starting anything new till 2:59 PM when the Moon enters 'me first' Aries.  Take care of personal concerns during the next couple of days--and by this I mean any and all projects that matter to you personally!  The Moon squares Pluto at 10:34 PM and someone may be attempting power plays at this time--take the high road and refuse to join them in low vibrational activity.

Wednesday 17 November 2010 doesn't offer any exact aspects till 5:25 PM when the Moon in Aries trines Mercury (in Sagittarius).  There will be an excellent flow of emotional energy combined with thought/communcation energy--great for teachers, students, or anyone giving presentations.  The Moon opposes Saturn at 5:30 PM urging a conservative approach in your dealings, especially with regard to your personal relationships.  The flip side of the coin will give you an easy time organizing your thoughts and making your vantage point understood when Mercury sextiles Saturn at 6:08 PM, especially if it relates to rules, regulations or boundaries.  The Moon trines Mars at 9:14 PM which could be used to get in a little late night workout before calling it a day--a romantic rendezvous could also be a great way to make use of the energies.

Don't forget we are working with The Eyes of Beauty oracle card.  Keep your thoughts uplifting and positive in order to keep the energy around you at a high vibration for manifesting your dreams and goals as we move through this week.

Till next time...

Many blessings,
Dee

14 November thru 15 November 2010

Greetings Friends,

It is my most fervent hope that my energy settles down and the technological gadgets I love stop blowing up, blowing out or going on strike.  My world was full of transformation this week, apropos of the Sun’s transit through Scorpio.  And since the Moon is transiting through Aquarius right now and these two signs square one another—well, the energy is a bit discordant, to say the least.  To make up for all that, the Moon will be switching signs to Pisces very soon—let’s see what else we can look forward to as we begin a new week.

Sunday 14 November 2010 begins with the aforementioned Moon’s move into Pisces at 2:25 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PST).
Try to get some downtime in the next couple of days to enjoy a leisurely bubble bath, some favorite old movies, great music or meditation.  The Moon forms a powerful sextile to Pluto at 9:57 AM which is great for investigative work and research.   The Moon squares Mercury at 8:59 PM—resist the urge to win an argument by going to bed early.  This way you begin your workweek recharged and ready to hit the ground running.   If you decide to stay up late, consider working on one of your important projects since the Moon forms a sextile with Saturn at 9:57 PM.  You’ll enjoy added self-discipline and focus under the energy of this aspect.

Monday 15 November 2010 begins with a surly square between the Moon and Mars at 5:14 AM.
Work off your irritations at the gym or with an early morning jog to quell your inner grouch.  Humanity gets a dose of jovial enthusiasm and good luck as the Sun trines Jupiter at 3:44 PM.  This is also the anniversary of the birth of my favorite artist Georgia O’Keefe, who was born on this date in 1887.

I felt drawn to select a card for this week from Colette Barron-Reid’s Wisdom of the Hidden Realms deck—which is simply beautiful!  The card I chose was The Eyes of Beauty, and it reminds us to keep a positive mental and emotional focus—something I have definitely struggled with this past week!  Abraham/Hicks have been eloquent in their Law of Attraction teachings, so just remember what they preach and watch how you’re thinking/feeling this week.  Try not to allow yourself to drift too far into frustration, anger, doubt or fear.  Find pleasant activities to distract yourself so that your manifestations and your life will be beautiful this week.

Till next time…

Many Blessings!
Dee
