And welcome to another work week! The month of December and the year 2010 are quickly slipping from us. We're but a little more than a week away from the Winter's Solstice and shortly after that, Christmas. Adding to the stresses of the season, the lunar cycle is building toward the Full Moon and perhaps you can feel a slight increase in the pressure as the energy builds. Today we actually have a pretty good day ahead of us--it's a First Quarter Moon, so there will be some challenges to solve, but the aspects are pretty interesting. I'm calling it a four star day and here we go!
Monday 13 December 2010 starts with the Moon squaring the Sun (aka First Quarter Moon) at 5:58 AM (Note: all times indicated in this blog are PST). Put on your thinking cap to solve the challenges that confront you as you begin the day. By noon the energies are working diligently to prosper you as the Moon conjoins Jupiter at 12:16 PM. The Moon conjoins Uranus at 4:34 PM before becoming void of course. Brace yourself for surprises with Uranus in the drivers seat. Finish up the day with odds and ends until the Moon changes signs later this evening.
Meanwhile, retrograde Mercury conjoins Pluto at 8:15 PM, and now might be a good time to study or review any written materials you've been working on recently. The Moon conjoins Mars at 8:06 PM and a little yoga or pilates might allow you to safely burn off that extra energy.
The Moon finally enters Aries at 11:15 PM and we will switch our focus to those concerns dearest to us for the next couple of days. Remember that Mercury retrograde means being a bit foggy in thought so take some extra time to review your schedule and confirm appointments this week to avoid delays and confusion. Our Medicine Card for the week is the Hawk and he speaks to the need for us to keep our ears open. If you are paying attention, you will hear information that is useful--maybe even critical to your success this week. So look sharp and enjoy your week.
Till next time...
