Friday, Saturday & Sunday (18-20 March 2011)

Greetings Friends!

Does it seem to you that the world has gone stark, raving mad?  Nuclear reactors blowing up, earthquakes, tsunamis; there is no hiding the fact that Celestial energies are creating some serious human misery right now.   And we still haven't seen the energy peak--that comes tomorrow!   Hopefully you are fastened in tight as the Virgo Moon prepares to take us through a Full Moon experience.  This Full Moon is packing extra energy, something you've probably already noticed; so prayer, meditation, exercise, fasting, Reiki, extra sleep--do what you gotta do to move through this period with grace.  Since it takes a couple of days for the energy of the Full Moon to die down, you might want to take it easy now through Monday, avoid getting into arguments with people and seek compromise with individuals with whom you currently are in disagreement with.

I hate to say it, but none of these three days offer much in the way of positive energetic support, they are all about one star days.  One bright spot:  the Moon will switch signs to Libra Saturday afternoon, which is great for all Air signs.  If you're wanting to align with Libran energy try pink, rose, pastels, black or blue hues for clothing or candles.  Agate, fire agate, carnelian and aquamarine crystal jewelry provides nice harmonizing energy while mint, rose, violet or vanilla incense can be soothing during this challenging Full Moon weekend.

Friday 18 March 2011 provides a powerful aspect for transformation when the Moon trines Pluto at 1:36 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PDT).  Use this aspect to experience deeper metaphysical understanding, breakthroughs in bad habits, addictions, or to overcome doubts and fears.  Avoid getting into verbal jousts with others when Mercury opposes Saturn at 6:55 AM.  And there's a serious potential for physical confrontations when the Moon opposes Mars at 7:50; better to walk away and cool down than to get into what could become a violent situation.

Saturday 19 March 2011 gives us the Full Moon at 11:10 AM after which the Moon is void of course; attend to mundane projects and avoid starting any new work until the Moon switches signs.  The void of course period ends at 1:03 PM when the Moon switches signs to Libra, it then opposes Uranus at 1:45 PM and let's hope that this energy doesn't bring additional earthquakes to the already hard hit people of Japan.  Shocks and surprises are likely--that's what Uranus does, couple that with the Full Moon energy and humanity had best be prepared for some challenging news/situations.

Sunday 20 March 2011 starts with a scary square between the Moon and Pluto at 0:36 AM--Japan's reactors may experience some additional problems since Pluto rules nuclear power.  The rest of us just need to make sure we're avoiding dangerous people and places in the wee hours of the morning.  An attempt to be overly hopeful isn't a great idea at 8:22 AM when the Moon opposes Jupiter.  If the reality is grim, face the facts and be prepared to work at fixing your challenges.  That theme is re-emphasized when the Moon conjoins Saturn at 12:27 PM.  Partners may be causing you some woe so be prepared to roll with the situation as best you can.  Spring officially arrives (aka the Vernal Equinox) when the Sun enters Aries at 4:21 PM and we finish our aspects for the day with snarled communications (or traffic!) when the Moon opposes Mercury at 5:47 PM.

In the aftermath of this Full Moon you may find yourself dealing with a bit of illumination on the work, health or dependent care fronts.  If you need to discuss all of this in a more personal way, please book a private reading with me here.  Take care, be safe and till next time...

Rich Blessings,
Dee
