Friday, Saturday & Sunday (17-19 June 2011)

Greetings Friends!

Here we are on the brink of another weekend.  The Full Moon has passed and there may have been some revelations in the last 48 hours having to do with higher education, legal issues, foreigners or foreign travel.  You can take these insights and use them to your benefit in the weeks to come--yay for you!  Meanwhile we have a five star day on Friday, a three star day on Saturday and a four star day Sunday for you to plan your activities around.  We also have a change in sign from Capricorn to Aquarius early Saturday giving us a better energy for gatherings with friends or group activities.

But before we get into the details for this edition of my blog, I want to announce Jennifer S. as the winner of this month's free reading give away.  You will have yet another opportunity for a free reading next week, click the Soul Spackle banner to the right for the details and congratulations Jennifer; email me and we'll schedule your reading!

The Moon enters Aquarius at 4:47 AM PDT Saturday; this shift will provide a nice energetic lift for all air sign natives (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius especially).  Aquarius likes neon and florescent bright colors, so try clothing in electric blue, hot pink, silver, ultramarine or turquoise shades this weekend.  You might find amethyst, aquamarine, celestite or labradorite stones add a nice sheen to your look when out and about--but don't overlook some quiet time for yourself.  Sandalwood, mint, lavender or frankincense essential oils or incense are a soothing addition while you're resting, doing Reiki or meditating this weekend.

Friday 17 June 2011 is all about focus, drive and ambition beginning with a Mercury/Jupiter sextile at 5:35 PM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PDT).  What's your real dream?  What do you really want to be doing with your life--think BIG!  How do you get there from where you are now?  Venus trine Saturn at 9:32 PM is all about that.  Lay your plans, be precise, be patient (and oh, by the way, show me the money!).  Leave your dancing shoes in the closet, this Friday night is all about you winning the future via detailed and strategic planning (and we're not talking Charlie Sheen 'winning' here folks--poor guy).

Saturday 18 June 2011 is a day of half on half off energy beginning with an early morning (read: unhelpful) trine between the Moon and Mars at 1:07 AM.  Ordinarily this kind of aspect is great for getting your gym time off to a roaring good start or cleaning out the garage.  Unfortunately at this time of the day it's likely to keep you up all night.  Get out your evening self care kit--scroll down here to see some wonderful sleep meditations! and be ready to drift off with ease.  Adding to the on/off nature of the energy, the Moon is void of course after that last aspect, but enters Aquarius at 4:47 AM, so you can start your day off just fine.  Our focus will move to dreams, wishes, friends and group associations for the next couple of days while the Moon transits Aquarius.  You may have a yen to spend at 9:55 AM, but don't!  The Moon square Jupiter suggests over doing anything will not be a great idea at this time.  Crossed communications, technological foul ups and aggravation from the eccentric behavior of others is a likely consequence when Mercury squares its higher octave counterpart Uranus at 1:11 PM.  Try to avoid scheduling anything near this time period as things are likely to go way wrong.

Sunday 19 June 2011 is also a day with off kilter energy beginning with a trine between the Moon and Saturn at 0:19 AM.  You may choose to stay up late to polish off some work related project to make great use of this aspect.  A trine between the Moon and Venus that  shows up at 3:08 AM is definitely unhelpful timing for those of us on the west coast in USA (Europeans can roll with it though), followed by a potentially disastrous opposition between Mercury and Pluto at 12:18 PM.  Use your words to heal--not to harm.  If you can't control your mouth, go for a long walk and really think before you finally speak.  All in all this isn't a bad weekend, but you have to show up as your most mature self, not the unconscious you that can harm self and others.

Is it time for a reading?  You know I would be honored to help you demystify any situation that currently puzzles you.  Check out the wonderful ways you and I can work together!  I wish you a fabulous weekend and till next time...

Rich Blessings!
