Wednesday & Thursday (28-29 September 2011)

Greetings Friends!

We've got the Autumnal Equinox and the New Moon under our belt, so we can get the party started.  Traditionally speaking this is the time of year when our ancestors (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) gathered their harvest and gave thanks for the blessings they'd cultivated all year.  The same is true for humanity today, albeit most of us aren't farming for a living.  Now might be a good time to take a look around, consider what you've accomplished this year, celebrate your successes and begin to prepare for the Winter season to come.

While the transiting Moon is enjoying the beauty and balance of Libra at the moment, it will quickly slip into Scorpio Wednesday evening and humanity can turn a discerning eye to those aspects of life that are intense, secretive and transformative.  While all water signs benefit from the Moon's transit in Scorpio; you too can join the party by wearing your favorite black, gray, red, brown or maroon outfits and accessories.  Enjoy a relaxing bath with the scents of vanilla, patchouli, violet or myrrh essential oils/incense.  Protect your energy field with the addition of aquamarine, jet, amethyst and bloodstone crystals or jewelry.

Wednesday 28 September 2011 is a three star day that begins with a square between the Sun and Pluto at 2:35 AM; not a good thing when the planet of transformation is at odds with the star that represents life force (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PDT).  Best to avoid being out and about in the wee hours of the morning--and avoid arguments with people prone to violent bursts of temper.  Humans continue their travel through the danger zone when the Moon conjoins Saturn; difficulties with partners are likely--this is definitely not the morning to pick a fight.  A desire to say the wrong thing at the wrong time could have unfortunate consequences when Mercury takes a turn squaring Pluto at 7:26 AM.  Provided we get through the early morning gauntlet of less than uplifting aspects, we get our creative communication abilities online by 1:16 PM and for good effect.  Try to make it home early to enjoy a hot bath and meditation when the Moon trines Neptune at 6:52 PM; the Moon is void of course after that aspect, so skip the last minute work details just for today.  The Moon enters Scorpio at 9:05 PM, why not polish off that mystery or thriller novel, do some metaphysical studies or even better, rendezvous with a special someone to balance out what probably started out as a challenging day.

Thursday 29 September 2011 is also a three star day and insomniacs should be on notice for a Mercury-Mars matchup at 12:27 AM; your overactive  mind will likely be doing cartwheels in the wee hours of the morning leaving you unable to sleep.  A little early morning meditation could be powerful when the Moon and Pluto sextile one another at 4:55 AM.  I'd skip the gym and bite my tongue if tempted to speak sarcastically when the Moon faces off with Mars at 7:12 AM; also, make a mental note not to over do at 11:12 AM when the Moon opposes Jupiter--you'll definitely be tempted to run amuck in some fashion.  What happens when beauty and grace meet restriction?  Humanity will have the opportunity to find out when Venus conjoins Saturn at 4:49 PM (hint:  love and money will require careful handling; be prepared to wait it out).  And just because the Universe loves to have fun at humanity's expense, insomniacs be prepared for another potentially restless night when the Sun and Mars party together at 11:44 PM.  Why couldn't the Universe save the Celestial fireworks for Friday night?!

I hope you like the color change for the blog; Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons and it's nice to switch things up every now and again.  If you'd like to discuss this blog with me please drop me a message here!  You'll note the LAGirl13 site has also been given a bit of a facelift in keeping with the season--and if you'd like to book a private session with me, you can do so here and I thank you!

Next up we'll be wrapping up the work week and taking a look at the aspects for your weekend in my.  Hope you'll join me for my next blog and till next time...

Rich Blessings!
