Friday, Saturday & Sunday (4-6 November 2011)

Greetings Friends!

We're getting ready for the weekend--a weekend that starts out with the Moon transiting through dreamy Pisces, but we quickly switch gears to Aries Sunday morning.  Friday is a two star day, Saturday is a three star day (due to a long void of course Moon) and Sunday is a four star day.  If you're wanting to relax, I'd plan some downtime on Saturday--however Sunday will be a great day for being active and getting things done before it's back to work Monday morning.

Before we jump into the forecast, last call to Murmur, the winner of the Conjure Oil prize from the Blog Tour--don't let your prize get away!  Also be sure to check out what's new at LAGirl13 for the month of November; the Superhero Mastermind Circle is up and running and there's news about special pricing on 30-minute Tarot readings (which are also a nice to give as holiday gifts)!

Now, onto the forecast...the sign of Pisces brings our focus to some of the lovelier aspects of life:  art, poetry, spiritual inspiration, and romance.  And yes, like all signs, Pisces has its dark side, but who wants to plan any of that for the weekend?!  So, now that you know some of the positive things you can do under a Pisces Moon, deck yourself out in beautiful blue, green, turquoise, violet or purple clothing.  Enjoy sandalwood, myrrh, jasmine or lavender incense while you're relaxing and keep some amethyst, aquamarine, bloodstone or jade crystals on hand to keep you feeling peaceful and serene.

When the Moon switches to Aries energetically we'll do an about face!  Think in terms of assertiveness, new beginnings, passion, idealism and confidence!  All of that positive energy calls for high energy colors like red, pink, white or yellow clothing/accessories.  Amethyst, bloodstone, diamond and carnelian crystals will match the passion and fire of a Moon transit through Aries as will cinnamon, copal, dragon's blood or frankincense incense.

Friday 4 November 2011 the Moon enters Pisces at 12:18 AM (Note:  all times indicated in this blog are PDT).  Challenging news or conversations may get us off on the wrong foot when the Moon squares Mercury at 5:02 AM.  And you'll want to steer clear of discussions about love or money matters when the Moon squares Venus at 5:33 AM--at this rate it's probably better to sleep in this morning!  You'll be feeling a bit more upbeat when the Moon sextiles Jupiter at 8:56 AM.  Consider what area of your life needs a breakthrough, then take action when the Moon sextiles Pluto at 11:05 AM.

Satuday 5 November 2011 an early morning trine between the Moon and the Sun at 1:05 AM brings a gift of inspired action--and then the Moon is void of course the rest of the day.  You definitely want to take things easy for this first half of the weekend (so if you have a new project you'd like to kick start make sure it happens sometime Friday after the Moon sails into Pisces).  Keep in mind this is also the day we officially enter our next Mercury retrograde shadow.  Mercury will officially begin retrograde motion 24 November, a time to avoid signing contracts, changing jobs, etc.

Sunday 6 November 2011 the Moon enters Aries at 11:02 AM.  If you find yourself wanting to do something a bit wild and crazy you can blame it on the conjunction between the Moon and Uranus at 1:15 PM.  This is a great aspect for brainstorming ingenious ideas, studying astrology or just having an opportunity to take a bit of a walk on the wild side of life for a change.  Just make sure you're home and not out and about where less friendly folks could be lurking when the Moon squares Pluto at 10:15 PM.  You or a loved one may feel like a late night chat when the Moon trines Mercury at 11:16 PM; don't be surprised if the chat becomes a romantic one when the Moon trines Venus at 11:26 PM!

This is going to be a weekend of contrasts; quiet and perhaps dreamy on Saturday followed by a tendency to go, go, go on Sunday.  Remember to set your clocks back before Saturday evening if you live in the U.S. and I'll catch you in time to begin the work week on Monday.  Till next time...

Rich Blessings!
